Sport is one of the most prominent activities practiced by young people within the university for its role in shaping and preparing the character of the university student, keeping them away from the routine of study, and improving their physical and health levels. Therefore, the high authorities in Algeria have been keen to prioritize the student-athlete by adapting the educational requirements according to the mechanisms required to revive sports practice in the university environment with the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sports through the urgent plan and in accordance with the decisions of the President of the Republic, as well as the comprehensive reforms launched by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research related to the accompaniment of outstanding athletes. Hence, the issue of the second forum for university sports lies in: To what extent has the revival of university sports been implemented, caring for its practitioners in their academic journey, and bringing it back to international forums?

This forum in its third edition aims to show the role of the university student in adopting a quality education system in Algerian universities through their active participation in university sports activities, activating community participation at all cultural, touristic, and recreational levels, especially sports, and reaching international representation.
